Live Wires excitement

I am volunteering to be a helper on a Scripture Union holiday camp called Livewires, it's a slightly geeky format holiday camp. I still have to pass all of the background checks, so I need to start that ASAP.

It will entail:
  • Prep weekend Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. 
  • The holiday itself is eight days in mid August. (1–9 August 2015)

Big Dream' Movie Screening at Microsoft Research - inspiring Documentary! 

On Thursday 9th April, Microsoft Research will be screening the Big Dream documentary in their Auditorium from 16:00-18:00. 
Big Dream is an inspirational documentary which follows the stories of seven young women who are breaking the barriers and overcoming personal challenges to follow their passion in science, maths, computing and engineering. After the viewing, a Q&A panel will give the audience the opportunity to interact with female researchers and find out more about what they do. Drinks and snacks available.
